Girls Running Shit
Girls Running Shit is a podcast hosted by three women who want to spread the word on self love, self worth and mental health - all while uplifting and providing a platform for women to shine!
Although we focus on women-owned businesses/events/creatives, we do feature many other local creatives who are doing great things - no matter how they identify.
Providing a safe space and platform to showcase the talents, businesses and events of incredible creatives and seeing them flourish.
